Fees
Book by 31/03/2012 to benefit from the “early bird” rate of €395.
The standard rate of €495 is available until 14/05/2012.
From 15/05/2012 the registation fee will be €595.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:

• - cancellation 1 month prior to ECA 2012: full reimbursement of the registration fee, less a deduction of € 50 for administration costs
• - cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 month prior to ECA 2012: 50% reimbursement of the registration fee
• - cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to ECA 2012: no reimbursement of the registration fee
